Coach Matt has been at CFMY since 2015; you can find him coaching the Friday 6:30 Chipper (best class of the week). He grew up playing baseball, football, and basketball whether organized or recreational; the aspect that he loves most about crossfit is that it reminds him of the camaraderie that you get with team sports. His favorite part about coaching is pushing others to do more whether it’s adding a little more weight to a lift or finishing a workout even though the time cap has passed.
