Getting started at CrossFit Manayunk is simple !
The first step is to complete an OnRamp Course. The course offers a 1:1 or 2:1 athlete-coach ratio, that enables us to minimize distractions and allows the coach to pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts after completing your the course.
Not sure if CrossFit is for you ? Well, you are more than welcomed to swing by during one of our scheduled class times and check it out for yourself. By popping by you will be able to observe the athletes and coaches in action; it will give a vibe of what we are all about and how our family interacts.
