6 Week Coed Fitness Challenge

Here is your chance to make that “CHANGE” you have been talking about for months. We have all been there and cooked up a million excuses as to why we can’t workout. The house is dirty, the family needs me, I work 50+ hours a week, I need “me” time. This is you chance to value yourself and your health. Remember you only have one life and your health is not an expense but should be a priority. 

MY  Bootcamp powered by Manayunk Athletics is a great way to get fit while having fun in a supportive atmosphere. The program is a 6 week BootCamp/Foundations class where you will increase your level of exercise through constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. You will be introduced to the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit all while having fun and enjoy meeting like-minded motivated people

We’ve trained everyone from senior citizens to distance runners to elite athletes. Boot Camp is for individuals who are committed to changing their life in a positive supportive atmosphere.
